Policy & Procedures

For your enjoyment and safety we have created a policy and procedure handbook. This information will help you and your team get the most out of your time at SoccerPlex. Below is an abbreviated version, we recommend you download the entire booklet. It is also suggested that each member of your team has a chance to review the information prior to committing to playing at SoccerPlex. Thank you for your business and we look forward to serving you.

All players must acknowlege a waiver of liability by registering on-line or in person at the SoccerPlex office.

All team players must have a current SoccerPlex Player ID Card. Player ID Cards are $20 and renew yearly.

Shin guards and flat (tennis or indoor soccer) shoes are required.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold a team spot. Team Fees are due the 1st league game. Payment received after that is assessed a $25 late fee and the team will lose their preferred registration spot for the next session. Teams will not be able to play after the 1st league game until team fee is paid. Game schedules are available on-line the Friday prior to the first game of the session. Once game schedules are posted teams are responsible for the entire team fee. Team fee is non-refundable after schedules are posted.

Rescheduling is highly discouraged. If a situation arises and a team must reschedule the team is charged a $20 Rescheduling Fee and they must provide a minimum of 48 hour notice. For more information on rescheduling click here.

Teams must have matching and numbered jerseys. These can be t-shirts. Shorts and socks do not need to match.

SoccerPlex follows the FIFA & WISL (World Indoor Soccer League) rules, with a few exceptions. For a list of exceptions download the SoccerPlex Policy and Procedure Handbook.

Referees are coordinated through To Serve the Game. Referee fees are $9 per game and not included in the team fee. Referee fees are to be paid directly to the referee at each game.
