Sign your team up to play in the 12th Annual Holiday Soccer Tournament
at Soccerplex! We are now accepting registrations of U-8 through
U-16 teams for boys and girls as well as Men, Women, and Coed adult
teams. Games take place between December 20th and December 31st, 2008.

Please include the $195 with your registration. All money paid
to Soccerplex is non-refundable if space is available. All

| Waiver
of Liability |
Fees paid to Soccerplex do not
include insurance for injuries to players, coaches or managers.
All players must sign SoccerPlex Waiver of Liability; parent
or legal guardian must sign SoccerPlex Waiver for players under
age 18. |
| Youth
Teams |
Shinguards are mandatory and
must be covered by socks. All youth teams must have a responsible
adult coach at the time of league registration. |
| Adult
Teams |
Shinguards are mandatory and
must be covered by socks. Adult players must be at least 16
years old to play. Proof of I.D. is required. |
| Prizes |
Winner of each division will
receive T-Shirts (12 shirt maximum per team.) First, second
and third place trophies provided. |
| Point
System |
Win = 4 points; Tie = 2 points;
Loss = 0 points. Bonus points: 1 pt. for goal 5 & 6; 2 pts.
for goals 7 & 8; 3 pts. for goals 9 and above. Tie breaker
system will be in effect. |
